We accept bookings for any Friday to Monday, Monday to Friday, Friday to Friday or Saturday to Saturday, except Easter, August, Christmas and New Year which are a fixed price for up to 7 nights. Short breaks are a fixed price for up to three nights Friday to Monday, and up to four nights Monday to Friday. Two night breaks are permitted off-peak for any Friday to Sunday.
We can accommodate up to ten adults and children plus one infant in a travel cot.
We are dog friendly – we have an enclosed private courtyard, and the kitchen and dining room have tiled floors. Dogs are allowed on the ground floor indoors and we encourage you to make use of the stair gates for your own and your pets’ safety.

Cancellation Policy
100% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 61 days before arrival or earlier.
50% of paid prepayments refundable when cancelled 15 days before arrival or earlier.
Booking date changes due to unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled where possible but may incur an additional charge depending on the rates applicable at the time.
