In 2019 we:
- Replaced the courtyard gate

In 2018 we:
- Replaced the living room furniture with a new corner suite and three seater sofa
- Replaced all the duvets and added new pillows and protectors
- Replaced all the double mattresses and two single mattresses
- Added a tall chrome towel heater next to the walk-in shower for extra towel drying capacity and convenience
- Installed a new Nest thermostat for simple room temperature control that can also be set via the mobile app
- Connected two TP-Link WiFi extenders to provide comprehensive coverage and increased signal strength throughout the property
In 2017 we:
- Installed a new hot tub in June which is more efficient, quieter and with simpler controls. We also switched to bromine from chlorine for the water sanitization control as it is kinder on the skin
- Fitted new carpets throughout the property in June
- Replaced the dishwasher in June
- Replaced two garden table and chair sets
In 2016 we:
- Replaced the flat roof with a new EPDM UV resistant membrane
- Contributed toward the upgrade of the road from gravel to tarmac
- Installed hard wearing granite cobb stones between the tarmac road and gravel drive
