New Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre Opens In Edwinstowe

Around ten minutes drive from our self-catering holiday home, the new Sherwood Forest Visitor Centre is the perfect place to start exploring the ancient woodlands and RSPB nature reserve.

Dog Friendly Holiday Cottage In Newark

We Are Dog Friendly

The East Wing at Rufford Park Lodge is a stylish holiday home with a private courtyard ideal for guests who want to take a break with their four-legged family members.

The property is enclosed by a perimeter fence and security gate, most of which is disguised by laurel hedges, and means you can relax knowing your dogs will be safe without being confined to the indoor areas. The kitchen and dining room floors are tiled and we provide stair gates for child safety and they can also provide a convenient way to prevent access to the upstairs bedrooms. We are ideally located for dog owners, with numerous parks, dog friendly attractions and pubs to choose from. Rufford Abbey Country Park, Clumber Park, Sherwood Forest and Sherwood Pines are all within easy reach.
