A chef who has carved out a successful career working at renowned restaurants in London for industry heavyweights such as Gordon Ramsay is returning to his roots – but it’s for one night only.

Thomas Greig will temporarily hang up his chef whites at Frenchie Covent Garden in the capital to showcase his skills and inspire the next generation of culinary talent at his former training ground in Notts.

Diners will be able to enjoy a stunning four-course menu, for less than £25, created especially for the event on Thursday, March 8.
